STEP 1

The Application Process

Demonstrate your potential through a series of assessments, a video interview, a group interview, and a background check.

STEP 2

Build a Foundation

Congratulations! You’ve been accepted to the program. After attending an online webinar and a kickoff celebration with your cohort and the Hire IT Professionals team, you’ll begin the Foundations phase. You’ll learn more about our program, and we’ll learn more about you and your goals. If the fit is right, you’ll move on to the Immersion Phase.

STEP 3

Immerse Yourself

The Immersion phase is where you’ll complete the bulk of your technical learning. You’ll spend your time completing online courses from technical leaders while practicing professional skills through events like our mock interview to make sure you’re job ready.

STEP 4

Get Placed

After you’ve completed your technical learning, all of our energy goes into landing you a new job. You’ll apply to quality jobs every week while working with your coach to tighten your interview skills and resume. Our placement team will connect you with local employer partners who are looking for people like you.

STEP 5

Graduation and Alumni Support

Once you’re a Hire IT Professionals alumni, you’re an alumni for life. If you ever need help changing jobs or negotiating a higher salary, we’re here for you. Our goal is to build careers, and that goes beyond your first job out of the program.
